This integrated building management system delivers the actionable insights needed to better manage and optimize buildings, improve engineering efficiency, and meet cybersecurity needs.
EcoStruxure Building Operation’s open and secure integration framework allows collaboration across third-party systems to create innovative custom solutions. The platform natively supports standard open protocols (BACnet, Modbus, Lonworks, MQTT) out of the box.

SmartX Edge Server AS-P
At the core of a EcoStruxure Building is a SmartStruxure server device, such as AS-P.
AS-P performs key functionality like control-logic trend logging and alarm supervision. It also supports communication and connectivity to the I/O and field buses.
The distributed intelligence of the EcoStruxure Building ensures fault tolerance in the system and provides a fully featured user interface through WorkStation and WebStation.
I/O Modules
The Automation Server includes support for a broad spectrum of I/O modules. The variety of modules available ensures the right combination of points for any project, which keeps costs down for our customers.
Some modules are available with Hand/Off/Auto (HOA) switches to provide override control of the outputs.
SmartX Living Space Sensors
SmartX sensors use an RJ-45 sensor bus that provides communication and power from the SmartX IP Controller.
For quick installation, up to four SmartX sensors may be connected to each SmartX IP Controller through the RJ-45 sensor bus using Cat 5/6 cable (22 to 26 AWG).
